We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with a product, we accept returns within 15 days as follows:
Damaged or defective:
In the unlikely event that a product ordered, we were not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product is delivered is different from what was ordered, you can return the product unused and in same condition as it was received, the original packaging with original tags, return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Note: Products that have been collected and / or installed can not be removed this way. These include furniture and consumer durables like televisions, refrigerators, washing machines or air conditioning. Contact your local service center authorized for the manufacturer of these products and follow their instructions.
We will refund the price, how the payment was made. If payment is by credit card or bank online, we will refund the credit card company or bank account. If the payment was DD or Cheque, we will send you a check (not a DD). Checks will be sent only to the billing address of the client.
The refund process will start as soon as we receive the product (s). Refunds are processed within 10 working days, but in the case of payments by check or DD, it may take few more days for the check is delivered to your billing address, and that the funds are credited to be his account once you deposit the check.
Note that we can not be held responsible for delays in credit to the account holder's credit card issuing bank administered by the cardholder.
